Halloween Events in Myrtle Beach


October is upon us, and that means an exciting slew of seasonal events, including an impressive lineup of Halloween Events. From the slightly spooky to the downright terrifying, there are plenty of Halloween events in the area appropriate for ghosts and goblins of all ages. Check out a few of the Halloween events near Beach Cove Resort!





Nightmare Haunted House – All Month Long



This downtown Myrtle Beach attraction is best suited for guests who aren’t afraid to let out a scream... or two... or three. The weathered walls of this seemingly innocent mansion house all of your worst nightmares. Pigboy, Meathead, Buddyman, and Giggles are just a few of the not-so friendly faces that you can anticipate running from; they will be lurking in every nook and cranny and around every twist and turn. Will you make it out alive? This terrifying maze is only $10 for adults and $8 for children 12 and under.



BooFest – October 24, 2017 & Trick or Treat October 31st



Barefoot Landing is a favorite shopping and dining destination in North Myrtle Beach. Come celebrate the best of Halloween with a kids and pets costume competition. There will be prizes for the winners as well as live entertainment, activities and more. Come back on Halloween day for trick or treating from 5 to 7 pm.



Howl-O-Scream – October 28, 2017



Who says you have to miss out on the age old tradition of trick-or-treating just because you are enjoying a getaway at the beach? If you are looking for a great local spot to enjoy a few spooks and sweet treats, head to the North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex to participate in the second annual “Howl-O-Scream”. For one night only, this scenic outdoor venue is transformed into a family friendly haven. Guests can look forward to marshmallow roasting, hayrides, trick-or-treating, and more! This event will take place from 5 PM – 8 PM. Call (843) 280-5570 before 4 PM for weather updates. Cost for entry is $2 for adults 15 and up, $1 for children ages 5-14 and kids 4 & under are free.
