If you prefer your shopping experience to be indoors, Myrtle Beach Mall is only 2.3 miles south of Beach Cove Resort. Take advantage of having Bath & Body Works, JC Penney, Books-A-Million, and Hallmark all in one convenient location. Get your photo taken with Santa at Bass Pro Shops and check out their evening activity schedule. Take a break with an Auntie Anne’s pretzel, an Oriental Star Massage, or the latest movie at Carmike Cinemas. The Mall opens at 10 AM, and some stores may choose to open earlier.
Tanger Outlets have two locations in the Myrtle Beach area, and they open at 6 PM on Thanksgiving Day. The closest one to Beach Cove is on Highway 17, and it is just 2.9 miles south of our resort. Enjoy strolling between outlet stores and use the convenient and free Wi-Fi to stay connected with your loved ones and the best shopping deals. Tanger has outlet prices on fashion icons like Coach, New York & Company, Nine West, Michael Kors, and White House | Black Market. Make your house smell fantastic at Yankee Candle, and when you need to refuel, Tanger includes Charlie’s Grilled Subs, Famous Wok, Steak n’ Shake, and Ben & Jerry’s.
Barefoot Landing is a very popular area for shopping any time of the year! Barefoot is also right next to House of Blues, which has a great deck for drinks and appetizers, and Alligator Adventure. For Black Friday deals, they are open from 10 AM to 7 PM on November 25th, and some stores may open earlier. Check out Christmas Mouse, Innovations Artists’ Emporium, Embroidery & More, Southern Pearls, and Coastal Wine Boutique. When you get hungry, Barefoot has your covered with Johnny Rockets, Flying Fish Public Market & Grill, and Castano’s Italian Steakhouse.
Broadway at the Beach is a little bit farther away than Barefoot Landing at 11.2 miles, but it is worth the trip! Broadway opens at 10 AM on Black Friday, and it is also open from 10 AM until 6 PM on Thanksgiving. Shops and yummy restaurants circle a beautiful lake. You may want to spend all day here, so make sure to bring an umbrella or sunscreen if needed! Broadway has some unforgettable gift ideas from Gemini Boutique, Broadway Magic, Coastal Carolina Winery, Klig’s Kites, and Magnet Madness. Take a break with Dragon's Lair mini golf or grab something delicious at King Kong Sushi, Hard Rock Cafe, Joe's Crab Shack, Starbucks, or Cold Stone Creamery.
