Beach Cove will hosting a New Year’s Eve dinner followed by a party to ring in the new year.
The New Year’s Eve dinner at Tradewinds Café will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. If you are planning on attending, be sure to let us know! You can choose to purchase items individually or indulge in a five-course meal for $36.95 plus tax and tip.
Start off with a cup of crab and asparagus chowder and a delicious salad consisting of tender winter field greens, heart of palms, blackberries, tear drop tomatoes and house dressing. The appetizer of the evening will be your choice of free range chicken tenders or shrimp scampi Provencal sautéed with garlic, herbs, fresh tomato and white wine. You will then have your choice of entrees: Black Angus NY strip steak with bordelaise or béarnaise sauce and sautéed portabella mushrooms; grilled swordfish topped with lump crabmeat and fresh chives with admiral sauce; or grilled chicken breast marsala. Top it all off with dessert when you can choose from either crème Brule or torta tiramisu with Kahlua.
Following dinner, the New Year’s Celebration will take place at Javatini’s where guests can enjoy an evening of live music and delicious food and drinks. Cryin’ Out Loud Duo will perform from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. for an evening of fun and dancing. Party-goers will receive party favors and a champagne toast at midnight (ages 21 and up please!).
