Restaurant Week at Castano’s – June 2nd – 8th
Restaurant week 2014 is quickly approaching and North Myrtle Beach’s very own Castano’s Italian Steakhouse is proud to be a participant again this year. They will be offering a decadent three course menu for only $35 / person. Choices will include your choice of a caprese salad stack or their award winning she crab soup for a starter, either a crusted salmon dish, stuffed chicken dish, or petit filet dish as an entrée, and then either a limoncello cheesecake or a chocolate bourbon bread pudding for dessert. American Pie Oldies Music Fest – June 7th
Grab your family and a few friends and head north to Little River to check out the American Pie Oldies Fest. Held at the scenic La Belle Amie Vineyard, this festival will feature two live bands, The Party Favor and Shamalama, and mouthwatering fare compliments of Smokin’ Pitt BBQ and The Vineyard Grill. Guests will also be able to take advantage of a complimentary vineyard tour and, of course, plenty of wine! This event is a great way to get out and enjoy the gorgeous Grand Strand weather. Coastal Uncorked – June 2nd – 8th
Coastal Uncorked is a week-long celebration of great food and great drinks that attracts guests from across the nation. The event will include several sponsored themed dinner events throughout the week that include a bourbon dinner at Castano’s Italian Steakhouse on June 2nd, a tequila dinner at Abuelos on June 3rd, and a wine dinner at Croissants on June 8th. There will also be a Brews’N The Boulevard Craft Beer festival on Friday, June 6th and a Grand Tasting Event and the famous Tasting Trolley Event on Saturday, June 7th. Movies at McLean – June 13th
Gather your family and head over to McLean Park on June 13th, located just up the road from Beach Cove Resort, to enjoy a free movie under the stars! This month, the featured movie is The Nut Job, a recent film that is popular among guests young and old. Bring chairs and blankets and settle in for a night full of fun! The movie starts 15 minutes after sunset, though coming a bit early for a good spot is encouraged. There will also be plenty of snacks for sale compliments of the North Myrtle Beach Lions Club in case you get hungry.
