From trick or treating events to Halloween themed dinner – the Myrtle Beach area offers it all! Broadway at The Beach: Broadway at The Beach will be buzzing with Halloween events all through the month of October. Visit during the month for the popular Visions of Horror Haunted House and other Halloween themed events – like the Celebrity Square of Terror Costume Contest & Party and the Halloween Trick or Treat. There will be plenty of events for families and adults – something for everyone!
Barefoot Landing: If you are on the north end of the strand, be sure to stop by Barefoot Landing for a night full of family fun! Dress to impress as there will be costume contests and games in addition to trick or treating and other themed activities. There will also be a huge Halloween bash at the House of Blues that you won’t want to miss!
Murrells Inlet MarshWalk: Head south to the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk on Halloween night for an evening of fun and games. There will be costume contests for adults and children in addition to other games and contests. Children will also have the opportunity to trick-or-treat and participate in the costume parade. Many inlet restaurants will feature themed dinner and drinks specials throughout the evening as well.
Ripley’s Aquarium Family Halloween Spooktacular: If you have young children in your group, this family friendly event should be on the top of your Halloween list! Head to Ripley’s Aquarium on Saturday, October 26th for costume contests, scarecrow creations, scavenger hunts, face painting, pumpkin decorating, and so much more – all while enjoying the aquarium setting. This event is $24.99 per person.
Huntington State Park: Huntington State Park continues their annual Haunted Halloween celebration this year on the Friday October 25th – Saturday October 26th. Come and enjoy scary movies, a bonfire, costume contests, games, haunted houses, s’mores, and more! This family friendly event is $10 for adults, $7 for children 6-15, and free to children 5 and under.
Hallowine Dinner at Croissants: For a fun, Halloween themed dinner party, make reservations for the Hallowine Dinner at Croissants Bistro on Wednesday, October 30th. Featuring 5 themed courses with hand selected wine pairings - this dinner is always a hit! Costumes are encouraged and there will be prizes given for the best outfits!
