Barefoot Love Course
Davis Love III has solidified his reputation as a course designer with his creation at Barefoot Resort of Myrtle Beach, SC. Competing with other architects in the Barefoot Resort project, such as Fazio, Norman and Dye, Love was determined to build a course that was unique, visually striking and fun to play.
The Love Course was ranked #6 “Best New Upscale Public Course in America-2000” by Golf Digest and most recently Golf Digest rated #38- “America’s 100 Greatest Public Courses- 2005-2006” and #1 “Top 50 Courses in Myrtle Beach.”
